Admin Officer

Job Purpose

To provide high level, confidential, proactive personal assistant and administrative support to the CEO and Senior Leadership team at Trent Rivers Trust. This will include, helping to organise events and meetings, minute taking and some office management. The role may also involve supporting document creation, liaison with suppliers and ad hoc work supporting our varied projects. 

The Role

Trent Rivers Trust is a growing environmental charity and as such generates a lot of administrative tasks. We need someone who can support the CEO and Senior Leadership team with the delivery of a variety of tasks to help keep the charity running efficiently. The Administration Officer will have a varied work programme, supporting diary management, updating key documents and helping to organise meetings and events. There will also on occasion be the opportunity to work with project managers to support tasks associated with bidding, preparing documents and liaising with partners. The role will also include an element of office management, for our office in Darley Abbey, Derbyshire.
